Periodization in Strength and Conditioning
This CEU provides you with the basic and specific understanding on how to plan a proper strength and conditioning program for any sports. You will learn on how to fully utilise and use the periodization concept in the planning of strength and conditioning programs. You will also be taught on how to incorporate specific training methods such as agility and plyometric training into the planning process.
