ACE Certified Youth Fitness Specialist Course
Overview
ACE Certified Youth Fitness Specialist Course is designed to give participants the fundamentals necessary to effectively train kids, and to understand the role fitness plays in the lives of youths. The programme helps kids develop healthy behaviours for adulthood as well as experiencing and understanding the positive feelings associated with physical activity. This will also help build their confidence to make new friends and acquire new skills like strength, balance and motor coordination which targets critical aspects of youth fitness.

There is no prerequisites for this course, anyone may enroll and attend this course.
Award
Two types of award will be given based on your background. If you already have any of the NCCA accredited certificates, you will be awarded the following title upon successful completion of this course:
