ACE Certified Senior Fitness Specialist Course
Overview
ACE Certified Senior Fitness Specialist Course is designed to give participants the knowledge and understanding necessary to safely and effectively train the active agers, and to understand the role fitness plays in the lives of older individuals. The programme takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, combining rapport-building, behavior change, motivation and adherence with nutrition and training modifications that get older clients more active and moving towards better health. This course also presents the ACE Integrated Fitness Training™ (ACE IFT™) Model as a comprehensive system for designing individualized programs based on each client’s unique health, fitness, and goals.

There is no prerequisites for this course, anyone may enroll and attend this course.
Award
Two types of award will be given based on your background. If you already have any of the NCCA accredited certificates, you will be awarded the following title upon successful completion of this course:
